Company and asset analysis uses records returned through the current ClinicalTrials.gov workflow. Counts refer to ORION-returned or indexed records, never the entire registry unless explicitly stated and measured.
Record-level provenance is shown inside a manually curated calendar. It is not an official or exhaustive forward FDA calendar and it is not guaranteed real-time surveillance.
Market fields appear only when the configured provider returns usable data. Freshness and licensing constraints vary; missing values must remain unavailable rather than inferred.
WHO TRDS fields are mapped for compatibility research. WHO ICTRP, ChiCTR, CTIS, CRiS, and JPRN are not production connections. ORION has no WHO affiliation or endorsement.
No therapeutic area is advertised as comprehensively covered. Results depend on the named company or asset, source terminology, returned records, and available market context.
Synthesis may contain errors. Review source URLs, NCT identifiers, missing-data notes, timestamps, and the Evidence Passport before relying on a report.
