About ORION
ORION is a free biotech catalyst calendar. For each upcoming readout or FDA date, it shows the sentence the company wrote in its SEC filing, with the form, the filing date and a link to the filing. When a company changes how it describes that timing, ORION keeps the earlier and later wording side by side. Free to read, no signup.
What makes the data different
- Exact SEC sentences. Each stated date is shown with the company’s own words, matched to the filing they came from.
- Kept wording history. When the stated timing changes, both versions stay visible with their filings and dates.
- No forecasts. ORION publishes no predictions, scores, rankings or recommendations. Readers judge for themselves.
Who builds it
