WHAT THE NUMBERS MEAN

A count you can understand.

These figures retain the existing CRO Proposal Desk evaluation scope. They do not count BD research inquiries, BD research customers, the Research Workspace or private Quant Desk. The historical payment count does not indicate that a SaaS product is on sale.

One organization, one count
We verify a pilot organization and link its accounts during onboarding. Several people or accounts from the same organization still count once. Founder, internal and test accounts are excluded. Invitations, emails, page views and public sample visits do not count as customers.
Completed review means first use
A successfully completed document check counts once per onboarded organization. Repeated runs do not add customers. Completion does not measure accuracy, time saved or a customer's endorsement.
Payment must be verified
A proposal, invoice or plan label is not a payment. We record a paid pilot only after checking a live settled receipt. Pending, void, test and fully refunded payments are excluded. Free trials remain separate.
Automatic refresh, verified inputs
The page reads the records every 60 seconds while visible. Organization identity and receipts are verified before they enter the count; completed reviews are counted from saved run records. This is not a live visitor counter. Corrections and refunds can reduce totals.
Details stay private
Only aggregate counts are published. Customer names, emails, documents and payment details are not displayed. If the records cannot be reached, counts show “—” instead of a guessed zero.
