Three disclosures.
Original sources, side by side.

Published 28 September 2026, this issue brings together three company disclosures: Lilly’s eloraTZP presentation schedule, Viking’s VK2735 maintenance measure, and Roche’s sefaxersen interim endpoint. The original releases dated 15, 22 and 23 September are linked below; ORION checked them on 28 September 2026.

Selected company disclosures, preserved at their original publication dates.

SCHEDULE · LILLY

What did Lilly schedule for eloraTZP?

Lilly’s 15 September release lists an eloraTZP symposium at EASD on 30 September 2026, 16:30–17:30 CEST. The listed topic is Phase 2 results for the investigational combination of eloralintide and tirzepatide in adults with obesity or overweight and type 2 diabetes.

This is a company-published schedule. Results require their own company publication.

MEASURE · VIKING THERAPEUTICS

What does VK2735 “weight loss maintained” measure?

Viking’s 22 September release describes 21 weeks of weekly induction dosing followed by 12 weeks of maintenance dosing. Its tables report the mean percentage of earlier weight loss retained at week 33: up to 97% for an every-other-week cohort and up to 90% for a monthly cohort, versus 61% for placebo.

Those percentages describe retained mean weight loss, rather than the percentage of participants responding. “Up to” refers to individual dosing cohorts.

ENDPOINT · ROCHE / IONIS

How do the sefaxersen week-37 and week-105 assessments differ?

Roche’s 23 September release reports that the Phase 3 IMAgINATION study met its prespecified interim proteinuria endpoint at week 37. Roche also states that the blinded study continues to assess kidney function, measured by eGFR, at week 105. The registered study identifier is NCT05797610.

The week-37 interim endpoint and the later kidney-function assessment are separate measures.
