How it works
Terms as of .
- Request any US-listed biotech ticker. Up to 3 company or exact program selections per person. A calendar row's Watch covers that program only.
- Delivery needs a published, source-verified record and your explicit email confirmation. A request for a ticker with no public record does not start alerts.
- Beta: the first 10 people. After that, requests join a waiting list in the order received.
- Free. No account and no payment.
What a Watch email looks like
Built from the published record for SEP-479 · report Phase 1 data from both the SAD and MAD cohorts (SEPN). Watch alerts start only after you explicitly confirm the selection. This record excerpt is not a sent email. The separate confirmation email is not the daily digest. One daily alert digest covers new or changed SEC timing wording, exactly 7 UTC days before a clearly stated period ends, and the first UTC day after it ends. Clear dates, months, quarters, halves and years qualify; ambiguous periods do not. Each alert retains the company quotation and SEC link, with the required subscription footer and the results-filing information held in that record as of the check.

Tickers with a public record
As of : BHVN · CRBP · RAPP · SEPN · SRRK · VKTX. A Watch on one of these starts from its published record; any other ticker starts with a new record.
What a Watch does not do
Not investment advice. No forecasts. A Watch reports what a company said and filed, with dates and links to the originals. It gives no score, no ranking, no price view and no recommendation.
